Marc Buckley is a prominent figure in climate activism, sustainable development, and global change. Trained by Al Gore as a climate speaker, and mentor. Marc dedicates his life to addressing the Climate Crisis and transitioning towards Regenerative Desirable Futures.


Marc takes a systems view of life, addressing all facets of complex systems to solve human suffering and global challenges. His systemic approach has positioned him as a pivotal advocate for the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, actively involved in numerous international initiatives and organizations. As the author of the UN SDG Manifesto and a founding futurist on Resilience Frontiers program for the Resilient Development Goals with the UNFCCC, he has been instrumental in shaping the global sustainability agenda towards responsibility, resilience, and regeneration.


With over four decades of experience in media, Marc has served as a Chief Editor, Editor, and Journalist since 1987, starting with the National Forensic League and college newspapers. He is a Founder, Ecological Economist, Regenerative Futurist, Author, and Editor-At-Large for several Media Agencies OnePoint5 Media, Innovators Magazine, Inside Ideas, and HubCast Media.
