Born in 1960, holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. She is married and divides her time between Hamburg and Locarno. Her professional career began as a Human Resources Manager with the U.S. Armed Forces (AAFES) in Stuttgart and Heidelberg, followed by 12 years in pharmaceutical management at BASF International Sales, including 18 months at the subsidiary Quimica Knoll in Mexico.

From 2002 to 2022, she worked as an independent legal guardian and guardian ad litem for various district courts in the Vorderpfalz region, before increasingly devoting herself to coaching and writing.

Outside her professional life, Petra Fritz was once a competitive figure and roller skater, competing in the 1978 Professional World Championships and reaching the top 10 in 1979. She later served for 14 years as Vice President of the Rhineland-Palatinate Ice and Roller Sports Association and as a representative of “Women in Sports.” Since 2012, she has also pursued work as a semi-professional model, actress, presenter, and blogger for Topagemodel.de. In her free time, she enjoys skiing and spending time on the water. She is also the author of the book In the Thick of It Instead of Just Being There.
